Rasheed and the team guide the youth in leveraging their strengths to identify, plan, and pursue their passions. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and community builders.
Family
Family is at the heart of everything Rasheed does, anchoring his efforts both on and off the field. With the help of his sister, Syisha, they successfully launched “Youth is the Future” and hosted the second annual Rasheed Walker Football Camp. When Rasheed recognized the need for a stronger business foundation, he took a step back to reassess his approach. With a strategic game plan in place, he continues to grow and learn, ensuring his ventures are as successful as his football career. Through it all, his family remains his guiding force, supporting him every step of the way.
Giving Back
On his days off, Rasheed dedicates his time to volunteering in his local school district and participating in various city charity events, all in a heartfelt effort to give back to the community. For Rasheed, community involvement is a priority, as he is passionate about inspiring and nurturing the futures of the next generation.
